One Day Shivapuri Hiking tour in Kathmandu

 

The Shivapuri hiking tour in Kathmandu Valley takes place in Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, which covers 159 sq km of land and is home to various flora and fauna. The hike starts from Budanilkhantha and goes up to Shivapuri Peak, passing through a dense forest and offering views of the Himalayan ranges. The trail then descends to Baghdwar and Nangi Gompa before returning to Kathmandu.

Walking into the fresh mountain air away from the crowd of Kathmandu, the Shivapuri Day hike is one of the best ways to avoid the crazy city life. Begin Shivapuri Day Hike with a short drive to Budanilkhantha, from where hiking will commence. first obtaining the National park permit we headed to Shivapuri Peaks (2732m) passes through steep stone stairs along with a greenery forest. During our journey, we will encounter various pheasants, deer, birds and picturesque Himalayans ranges including Annapurna, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Langtang, Gaurishankar, and Number, watershed, flora, and fauna.

Day 01: A Day Hiking to Shivapuri from Kathmandu

Pick up from Hotel at 7:30 Am by private vehicle
at 8:30 Am begin Hiking to Shivapuri Peak (2732m)
after 4 hours of hike, we will reach Shivapuri peak
enjoy the views of Kathmandu and snow-clad peaks
Having Packing Lunch at 12:00 noon
Visit Baghwar and Nagi Monestry
After 7 hours tour will be over and then drive back to Hotel in Kathmandu
