Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Explore the local area and prepare for the trek.

Day 3: Taplejung to Chirwa (1,270m/4,166ft)

Begin the trek and descend through forests and terraced fields.
Cross the Tamor River and continue through small villages.

Day 4: Chirwa to Sekathum (1,660m/5,445ft)

Trek through lush forests of cardamom and cross the Simbuwa Khola.
