In Kathmandu, we also visit the Asura and Yanglasho caves and various monasteries where it is believed that Guru Padmasambhava meditated and attained enlightenment. We also spend a few days in Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha, where we can explore the Maya Devi Temple, Ashoka Pillar, and other historical sites associated with Buddha.
