Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 2: Kathmandu to Taplejung (1,840m/6,036ft)

Fly from Kathmandu to Taplejung.
Explore the local area and prepare for the trek.

Day 3: Taplejung to Chirwa (1,270m/4,166ft)

Begin the trek and descend through forests and terraced fields.
Cross the Tamor River and continue through small villages.
Overnight stay in Chirwa.

Day 4: Chirwa to Sekathum (1,660m/5,445ft)

Trek through lush forests of cardamom and cross the Simbuwa Khola.
Continue along the Tamor River and pass through scenic landscapes.

Day 5: Sekathum to Amjilosa (2,510m/8,234ft)
